Strategic partnership with NUST

We are proud to announce our strategic partnership with the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), signed on 3 March 2026, to strengthen work-integrated learning and expand structured internship opportunities for students.

Two students have already joined the OTESA Civil Engineering team, gaining hands-on experience across our multidisciplinary operations; from civil engineering and project management to quantity surveying, health & safety, finance, procurement, and HR.

This partnership marks the beginning of a strong pipeline between academia and industry; empowering the next generation of engineering professionals.
