On Wednesday, 12 November, President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for the DR3700 upgrade to bitumen standard: Opuwo via Okanguati to Omaseratundu – Phase 1: Section A (Opuwo to Otjivize, 75km) — a significant step toward enhancing road infrastructure and connectivity across the Kunene Region.
