Mr Rickerts is an Incorporated Engineer (In Training) with 17 years of experience in civil engineering.

He specialises in road construction and infrastructure projects, holding a Bachelor of Technology and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

Since joining OTESA Civil Engineering in January 2024, Shaun has successfully led high-value projects, such as road rehabilitations and dual carriageway upgrades. His expertise in contract management, resource coordination, and quality assurance has been essential to the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Namibia.
