I joined OTESA on 7 August 2023 as a Wage and Plant Clerk, and over time, I also took on the responsibilities of a Site HR.

What I enjoy most is unity and teamwork. The supportive atmosphere encourages problem-solving and ensures that no one feels isolated in their responsibilities.

The company’s culture of continuous improvement has greatly contributed to my professional growth, allowing me to develop valuable skills across multiple functions. Also, OTESA places strong emphasis on employee well-being and work-life balance. I especially appreciate the pay weekends and days off provided, which give us time to rest, visit our families, and recharge before returning to work. This thoughtful approach not only boosts morale but also strengthens our commitment to delivering quality results on every project.
