OTESA brings together people from different cultures and backgrounds, which makes the workplace unique and dynamic. There’s so much to learn from one another. I also value the resilience and drive I see in colleagues who go above and beyond for the team it’s truly inspiring and motivates me to raise my own standards.

3. What aspects of your role do you find most fulfilling or rewarding ?
I’m a strategic thinker by nature, and I look forward to contributing more toward OTESA’s long-term objectives and strategic direction.
4. How has working here helped you grow professionally or personally ?
I joined OTESA on 1 June 2025 at the Etosha Phase 6 project as a Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) Officer.

I also value the resilience and drive I see in colleagues who go above and beyond for the team it’s truly inspiring and motivates me to raise my own standards.

OTESA genuinely cares about its employees that’s something I’ve observed and truly commend. It creates an environment where people feel supported and valued.
7. How does this organization stand out compared to others you've worked for ?
Every day at Etosha National Park is memorable. The moment you start your vehicle and drive into the park, you never know what you’ll encounter maybe a pride of lions one day or a herd of elephants the next. Experiencing that incredible biodiversity firsthand is absolutely priceless.
8. What is one word or phrase you would use to describe your experience here, and why ?
What I enjoy most is the diversity within the team.
9. How do you feel the organization values and recognizes its employees ?
I believe OTESA offers significant opportunities for growth. I see many areas where I can leverage my skills and add value, especially in systems thinking, sustainable development, sustainable revenue management, and integrated management systems.
10. What would you tell someone considering joining this organization ?
I would tell them that Otesa offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact on infrastructure projects.
